The building in which working has been highly valued for 100 years, and the limestone walls saw life before the first Republic of Estonia already. The factory building was completed in parts, as part of the Luther Furniture Factory complex during the period from 1897 to 1919. The engineer-architect was Erwin Bernhardt Bernhard (1852-1914).

Interior

The surfaces of the second floor of the much-seen house have been finished and ready to be moved in by November. The surfaces are finished on the basis of the packages developed by the interior designer.

An historic limestone building, which more than hundred-year-old existence enriches both the building and the premises you will buy. The history of the house and a special industrial environment are further emphasized by the stairwells in the building, historic doors, limestone stairs and high ceilings (up to 3.96 meters).

The much-seen limestone walls will be reconstructed and cleaned, the new walls will be painted white, spot-repaired ceilings will be cleaned and, if possible, preserved in their original form. In contrast to light walls and ceilings, the floors will be covered with parquet – Thermory ash, Intense, and the doors with vertical oak veneer; the bathroom has ceramic tiles and modern sanitary facilities (shower, WC, basin with cupboard) according to the inner decoration package. Construction works are being carried out by Fidele OÜ, which has more than 15-year experience.
